A pedometer is an instrument that measures the number of steps you take throughout the day. Use the pedometers to encourage physical activity.
How to wear & use it: Wear your pedometer on your waistband, right above your hip. It will not work accurately on your shirt or shoe. Press the button every morning to clear your pedometer, then place it on your waistband and see how many steps you can get by the end of the day! Try to meet your step goal every day!
If the pedometer screen turns blank: Simply start moving again or briefly shake it! Pressing the button will reset your step count. Do not press the button unless you want to reset the pedometer.
